There are three ways to request a refund or report an issue on an order:
- Chat with Customer Support
- Submit an order feedback form
- Submit a request from the Help Center
See below for details on how to request a refund in each of the above ways.
1. Chat with Customer Support
Open a new chat conversation on Anycart.com or the Anycart app (for details on how to access chat see How to Contact Customer Support). If it is outside live hours of operation, you can still leave a message and one of our team members will get back to you when hours of operation resume (responses will go to the email provided if you are offline).
Once you have answered the initial series of questions and are now able to type your message, please write the reason for the refund request.
For issues involving damaged items, incorrect items, or poor quality, please send pictures of the issue (see Refund Policy for more details).
To send pictures in chat, click the "paperclip" icon:
This will enable you to attach pictures from your device to the chat (or if your device is capable, will allow you to take pictures and send them).

2. Submit an order feedback form
Go to your order summary page to the 'Provide us feedback about your order' section at the bottom of the order. Select the appropriate request category, fill the form with the details of the request, and submit.
For issues involving damaged items, incorrect items, or product quality, please be sure to attach photos of the issue using the "Attach Image" button before submitting the form (see Refund Policy for more details).
3. Submit a request from the Help Center
Click the following link to submit a request or the link in the upper right hand corner to access the form page. Please include your name, email, order number, and details about the request.
For issues involving damaged items, incorrect items, or product quality, please be sure to attach photos of the issue to the request form (see Refund Policy for more details).
In the "Attachments" section of the form, add the file from your device using the link provided or drag and drop the picture files into the section.
