Changing payment method in checkout
When payment autofill is not enabled on your device (either mobile or desktop), you can change the payment method directly in checkout by inputting a new card number and information in the Payment step.
If the payment method you want to change is saved, delete the current payment method in checkout and input the new payment information.
Payment Autofill
Please note that if either your device or your browser has autofill enabled for payments, checkout will default to using that payment method for the order.
If you do not wish to use that payment method, you will need to use the 'Switch payment method' option in checkout:
If you do not see the option to switch payment method, you may need exit checkout and change the payment settings in your device's settings or your browser's autofill settings before attempting the checkout process again.
Disabling Apple/Google Pay on mobile devices
To disable on your Apple device:
1. Go to your 'Settings' app.
2. Scroll down and find the 'Wallet & Apple' section and click on it.
3. Toggle the 'Apple Cash' to off (grey, not green)
4. Go back to the Anycart page you have open. Refresh the page.
To disable on your Android device:
1. On your device, go to your device’s Settings app and go to "Apps & notifications".
a. On some devices, you might need to go to your device’s Settings app, then to Apps, and then click on Google Pay.
2. Tap Google Pay.
a. If you can't find Google Pay, tap "See all apps" and scroll to Google Pay.
3. Tap "Uninstall" or "Disable".
4. Go back to the Anycart page you have open. Refresh the page.
Changing autofill settings on a browser
If you are still not able to switch your payment method, the browser’s autofill settings may be holding on to the payment information and not allow changes.
If the above situation with Google Pay or Apple Pay does not apply to your device, you may need to edit the payment information stored in your browser, or may need to disable to browser's payment autofill. To do so, you will need to follow your browser's specific steps for doing so.
