Passwords must be reset in your account settings.

Accessing account settings using current password
Open the Anycart app or go to Anycart.com. While signed in to your correct account, access your account settings page.
Anycart app:
Apple devices: click on the 'You' tab, then on the settings icon in the upper right corner.
Android devices: click on the profile icon in the upper left corner, then on the settings icon in the upper right corner.
While in your account settings, follow the instructions for creating and saving a new password (or see below for details on creating a new password).
Website (desktop):
While in your account settings, follow the instructions for creating and saving a new password (or see below for details on creating a new password).
Website (mobile):
Open your internet browser and go to Anycart.com. Click on the three stacked stripes in the upper left corner to expand the side menu. Make sure you are logged into your correct account, then click the profile icon at the top of the menu.

Forgotten or unrecognized password
If you cannot access your account with your current password, use the “Forget your password?” link on the log in page. This will send an email to your email with the instructions on how to access your account.
You should receive an email containing a verification code and a magic link to access your account.
Click on the "Sign in to Anycart" link in the email to access your account. If you are asked to enter a verification code, use the 6-digit code sent in the email.
Once you have accessed your account on Anycart.com through the link in the email or after entering the verification code, go to your account settings and follow the same flow for creating a new password.
Creating a new password
While in your account settings ('Settings' tab):
1. Enter a new password where it says “New password (minimum 6 characters length)”.
2. Confirm the new password by entering it again where it says “Confirm the password".
3. Click “Save Settings” to save your new password.
