Canceling an order after it has been submitted is possible during the timeframe the retailer allows for canceling. After this timeframe passes, canceling is not possible.

Retailer cancelation policies
Cancelation before an order begins processing and fulfillment is allowed as long as the attempt is made before the partner's cutoff time.
Weee! stores allow canceling before the order is in progress, but the cutoff time is typically before 1:00pm the day before the delivery date. For orders that are shipped, the cutoff time is much earlier due to shipping times.
Do not be surprised or worried if it is still many hours before your scheduled delivery time and the order is already in the fulfillment process. Due to the large number of online orders that all our partners process daily, preparations for orders may require a significant amount of time to ensure that an order is ready for you to receive it within the scheduled window. Weee! orders with perishable items are packed with insulation and ice and stored carefully to keep all items fresh before and during delivery.
Generally, if you do not see the 'Cancel Order' button on the order page, the order is in progress and can no longer be canceled.
Access the order page
To cancel an order, you will first need to access the order page. You can access the order page by following the links provided in either order confirmation email or through your account's order history.
Order confirmation email
Open one of the confirmation emails sent to you. (Note: you should always receive two emails after checkout. One immediately after the order was submitted, and one confirming the scheduling details.)
Click on one of the 'View order' links in the email.
While logged into your Anycart account, expand the side menu and go to 'Orders' to view your order history.
Find the order you would like to cancel. Click anywhere on the order or click 'Track order' to open the order page.
Cancel the order
Once you have accessed the order page, scroll down the down page to find the 'Cancel Order' button. If the order is able to be canceled, the button will be located under 'Delivery Details' near the bottom of the page. If it is before the store's cutoff and you do not see the button, wait a few moments for the page to fully load.
Click the button to cancel. Once an order is successfully canceled, the order page will update to a canceled status, and you will get an email confirming the cancelation.
Please note: If you do not see the 'Cancel Order' button on the order page (after the page is fully loaded), the order is in progress and can no longer be canceled.
