The only way to edit an existing order is to cancel the order and resubmit it with the new items added or removed.
Unfortunately, if it is past the cutoff time to cancel an order, canceling the order to edit is not possible. If you do not see the 'Cancel Order' button on the order page, this usually means the cancelation cutoff has passed.
Canceling the current order
While logged into your Anycart account, go to 'Orders', select the order, and click the 'Cancel Order' button located under the 'Delivery Details' section.
Again, if you do not see the 'Cancel Order' button, this usually means that the order is passed the cancelation cutoff and cannot be canceled.
Re-submitting the order
Click the yellow 'Buy again' button at the top of the Anycart order page. The 'Buy again' button adds the items from the order back into your cart. At this point, you may add or remove items, or make other edits as you wish.
Please note that using the 'Buy again' button will replace any items that you may have in your cart with the items from the order, so any additions or edits to the items must be made after you click 'Buy again'.
