Delivery times are based on the availability of the selected store and region. With Weee!, some areas have shorter waiting periods between ordering and delivery. Weee!'s earliest delivery times begin next day (no same-day delivery).
In most areas, Weee!'s delivery time slots are entire afternoons into the evening (example: 11am-10pm). The large window is due to orders being delivered in large number on a delivery route or shipped. Weee! orders with perishable items are packed with insulation and ice and stored carefully to keep all items fresh before and during delivery. So if you are not home when the order is delivered, it will be kept in good condition for a time.
When your delivery is in progress, you will receive text messages and email updates with your order status, including when it is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.

Delivery times are ultimately up to the retailer's availability. The delivery times displayed in checkout are estimates of available slots provided to us by the retailer. Once the order is placed, we check with the retailer, and schedule accordingly.
Occasionally, the time selected in checkout may become unavailable after submitting the order. In these cases, the system will retry for 30 minutes before auto-canceling the order. Auto-canceled orders will have to be reordered, with a new delivery time selected.
If you order auto-cancels due to delivery availability issues and you have questions, or you see that it is having trouble being scheduled, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance.
In checkout, if you do not see any specific delivery estimate times listed or there is only a single time far in advance, this usually means low availability. We appreciate your patience with us and with our partners when availability is low.
After you have submitted your order, an accurate delivery window is usually secured within 15 minutes of placing the order. When a delivery window is confirmed, your order status will be updated to 'Scheduled for delivery', and you will receive an email with the confirmed delivery details.
To view the most up-to-date order status, please visit your order summary page. To access the order page, follow the link in your order confirmation email, or go to anycart.com, log in to your Anycart account, and click on 'Orders & account' to select and view the order.
